JUDGMENT

By Order of even date, this court ALLOWED plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment. Further, this court concluded that the City of Revere Zoning Board of Appeals (Board) exceeded its authority in granting a variance to the defendant homeowners.

In accordance therewith, it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the decision of the City of Revere Zoning Board of Appeals which is the subject of this action and by which the Board granted a variance to the defendants herein, be, and hereby is, annulled.
