JUDGMENT
Plaintiff Patricia Fitzpatrick brings this action to quiet title to the property located at 18 Front Place in Winchendon. She claims that she and her predecessors, her parents Harold and Rita Mason, have adversely possessed the property since 1974 and ousted their co-tenants (the defendants). For the reasons set forth in the court’s Memorandum and Order Allowing Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment of this date, I find and rule that the plaintiff (by tacking her predecessors’ acts) has met all of the elements of adverse possession, has ousted the defendants’ interests, and thus owns the property free and clear of any claims of the defendants in this case. As a result, the plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment is ALLOWED.
SO ORDERED.
