In this action, Plaintiffs filed a Petition for Partition of certain real property held in the name of P&B Associates, a Massachusetts General Partnership. After a hearing, held on September 17, 2008, this court has issued a decision finding that Locus is held by a tenancy in partnership, which this court cannot order divided or sold under G. L. c. 241.

Therefore, it is

ADJUDGED and ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Petition is DISMISSED.
