This case came on to be heard on the special motion of the defendants to dismiss pursuant to G.L. c. 184, §15(c). In an Order entered January 11, 2008, the court (Piper, J.) allowed the special motion to dismiss.

After further proceedings, an Order has entered this day denying plaintiffs’ motion for reconsideration of the Order granting the special motion to dismiss, and awarding attorneys’ fees.

In accordance with the Orders above recited, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the complaint is this action is, in its entirety, as to all counts, claims and parties, DISMISSED. It is further

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that, within forty-five days of the date of this Judgment, plaintiffs pay to the defendants in good funds their reasonable attorneys fees as follows: to defendant VBDC LLC: $16, 350.00, and to defendant Ackquire Group, LLC: $30,225.00.
