ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Mortgage recorded on or about November 21, 1990 with the Hampden County Registry of Deeds at Book 7592, Page 455 [Note 1] be, and hereby is, discharged for all purposes pursuant to G. L. c. 260 § 33.
