For the reasons set forth in the court’s memorandum and order of this date, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the right of 8 Mill Lane in Rockport to use the driveway located on the abutting property at 10 Mill Lane as set forth in the deed from Edgar A. Norwood and Madaline O. Norwood to Thomas Kelley, Jr. and Patricia A. Kelley (Dec. 22, 1977), recorded in the Essex (South) Registry of Deeds, Book 6430, Page 340, has been extinguished.
