JUDGMENT

This case concerns two parcels of land on Town Farm Lane, in Billerica, Massachusetts, shown on Assessor’s Map 5 as Lots 13 and 14 (“Property”). Plaintiff Vernon Rivet (“Plaintiff”), in his complaint filed July 10, 2009, asserts numerous claims against the Town of Billerica (“Town”) and two private defendants, Patricia A. Travaglia, and Deborah Rivet (together “Private Defendants”).

This case came on to be heard October 19, 2009 on the motion to dismiss of the Town of Billerica. That motion was allowed by the court in an Order entered November 4, 2009, and in an Order entered today, motion(s) of the Plaintiff for reconsideration of that November 4, 2009 Order also have been denied.

This case came on to be heard December 14, 2009 on the motion to dismiss of the Private Defendants. After hearing, the court (Piper, J.) took the motion under advisement, and in an Order issued this date has ALLOWED the Private Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss. In accordance with the foregoing Orders, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that this action is DISMISSED as to all parties and claims, with prejudice.
