This case is the plaintiffs’ G.L. c. 40A, § 17 appeal from a decision of the Danvers Zoning Board of Appeals granting the Danversport Yacht Club Marina LLC’s application for modification of its existing special permits. For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, the Board’s decision is AFFIRMED and the plaintiffs’ claims are DISMISSED IN THEIR ENTIRETY, WITH PREJUDICE.
