JUDGMENT

This cause came to be tried and a decision of even date entered. In accordance therewith it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Deed dated October 11, 1956 and recorded with the Suffolk Registry of Deeds on December 4, 1956 at Book 7202, Page 480 was intended to and did create a tenancy in common in Frank A. Johnson and Audrey Johnson, husband and wife, in the property known and numbered 18 Franklin Street (locus), in the Dorchester section of Boston, Massachusetts. Upon the death of Frank A. Johnson intestate, the defendants each inherited a one twelfth ownership interest in locus. It is further.

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that plaintiffs have failed to demonstrate that any or all of the said defendants have been ousted from his or her ownership interest in locus. It is further

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs’ complaint be, and hereby is,

DISMISSED.
