For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that neither defendants Paul and Viola Gay nor any of the properties they own have any title to, or right of access over, any portion of the plaintiffs Nancy and Brooks Burlingames’ land at 486 Horseneck Road in Westport. Counts 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 18 of the Gays’ counterclaims are DISMISSED, WITHOUT PREJUDICE for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
