For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, plaintiff Gerard Walraven’s claims of express, implied or prescriptive easement over the defendants William and Eleanor Santos’ property at 11 May Avenue in Middleborough are DISMISSED in their entirety, WITH PREJUDICE.
