JUDGMENT

For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, defendants John and Lydia Berksza are hereby ENJOINED from rebuilding their Unit beyond the boundaries of their original cottage. To the extent that rebuilding requires a more appropriate foundation to satisfy Massachusetts Building Code requirements, the plaintiffs have indicated their willingness to give that approval, and such approval is SO ORDERED.
