JUDGMENT

This cause came to be tried and a decision of even date entered. In accordance therewith, it is hereby

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the plaintiffs have established title by adverse possession to the parcel of land (locus) designated as PARCEL II and described in the deed recorded with the Worcester South Registry of Deeds on May 14, 1982 at Book 7467, Page 299.

Further, locus is shown on a Plan recorded with the said Worcester South Registry of Deeds on August 11, 1976, at Plan Book 427, Plan 113. Of the two parcels marked “Granger” both fronting on Rice Corner Road, locus is shown as the parcel to the left, i.e. the southerly most parcel. It is further

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that Count I of plaintiffs’ complaint in which they seek to quiet title to locus, is hereby DISMISSED,
