Trombly, J.
Plaintiff initiated this action on May 7, 2010, by filing a complaint alleging that Defendant Wells Fargo conducted a wrongful foreclosure against his home on the basis that Defendant Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation was the owner of his mortgage at the time of the foreclosure sale. By way of relief, Plaintiff request a setting aside of the foreclosure and the return of any funds in excess of his indebtedness at the time of the sale. The case came to be heard on February 9, 2011, on DefendantsÂ’ Motion for Summary Judgment. A Decision has been entered this day granting DefendantsÂ’ Motion for Summary Judgment. In accordance with that decision it is hereby
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the foreclosure sale was properly conducted by Defendant Wells Fargo, as the holder of the mortgage at that time.
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the complaint be and is hereby dismissed.
