JUDGMENT

This case came on to be heard on the Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings of the Defendants Joel Freedman, Steve D. Daigle, John Kimball, Jefferson E. Macklin, Megan Stride, David Henken, Margaret Olson, and David Summer, as they are the Members of the Town of Lincoln Zoning Board of Appeals and Pamela Gallup, Gary Taylor, Peter Von Mertens, Ellen Meyer Shorb, Sara Mattes, and Betty Jane Scheff, Trustees of the Town of Lincoln Affordable Housing Trust. An Order allowing the Defendants’ Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings has been entered this day.

In accordance with the court’s Order issued today, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that plaintiff’s complaint is DISMISSED with prejudice.
