HS LAND TRUST LLC, trustee v. SANTOS GONZALEZ

For the reasons set forth in the court’s memorandum and order of this date, the defendant Santos Gonzalez’ motion for summary judgment is ALLOWED and the plaintiff HS Land Trust LLC’s motion for summary judgment is DENIED. Mr. Gonzalez has title to the property at 390 Geneva Avenue and 95 Topliff Street in Dorchester free and clear from all claims by HS Land Trust LLC.
