JUDGMENT

For the reasons set forth in the courts Decision dated today, the Belchertown Planning Boards decision denying ANR endorsement to the plan submitted by plaintiffs Stanley and Patricia Libucha is AFFIRMED, the Libuchas appeal from that decision is DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE, and it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECLARED that Grela Terrace/Channel Drive does not provide frontage for the Libuchas proposed lots under the Belchertown zoning bylaw.
