For the reasons set forth in the court’s Memorandum and Order on the Parties’ Cross Motions for Summary Judgment of this date, plaintiff Dana Junior’s motion for summary judgment is DENIED and the defendant Conservation Commission’s cross-motion for summary judgment is ALLOWED. The Order of Conditions is properly on the property’s Certificate of Title and shall remain there. All other claims are DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.
