For the reasons set forth in the court’s Memorandum and Order of this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that (1) Mr. Goduti’s foreclosure by entry was waived before he acquired title to the property at 2 Gambier Avenue in Worcester and (2) the City of Worcester’s June 4, 2007 tax taking of that property was therefore valid.
