For reasons set forth in the courtÂ’s Decision of this date, the Greenwood Planned Development District constitutes impermissible spot zoning. The portions of the zoning amendment that establish the Greenwood PDD are thus hereby declared INVALID and are STRICKEN from the zoning bylaw. [Note 1]
