For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, the deed from Bonney Mechelle McWilliam to Bonney McWilliam, dated November 6, 1992 and recorded in the Registry at Book 11224, Page 637 is hereby declared NULL and VOID and shall be STRICKEN from the Registry.

Upon payment of all required fees, a certified or attested copy of this Judgment may be recorded at the Registry and marginally referenced on all relevant documents.
