LONG, J.
For the reasons set forth in the courts Memorandum and Order on Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment of this date, it is:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECLARED that IndyMac Federal Bank F.S.B. was entitled to make entry on the property known and numbered as 57 Boxberry Lane in the Boxberry Square Condominium, Rockland, MA 02370 on February 11, 2009 for the purpose of foreclosing the right of redemption contained in the mortgage recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds at Book 32200, Page 268, and that IndyMac Federal and its successors have been in peaceable possession of that property in excess of three years from April 10, 2009, the date on which the Certificate of Entry was recorded;
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECLARED that the right of redemption in that mortgage has been foreclosed;
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECLARED that title to the property passed to plaintiff Jennifer Daukas pursuant to the Massachusetts Foreclosure Deed by Corporation recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds at Book 37049, Page 317 and the subsequent Quitclaim Deed recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds at Book 41186, Page 52;
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECLARED that the Mortgage granted by defendant Mohamed Dadoun and recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds at Book 32200, Page 268 be reformed, nunc pro tunc, to identify the Borrower on the first page of said Mortgage as Mohamed Dadoun, an unmarried man;
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECLARED that the Quitclaim Deed recorded in the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds at Book 41186, Page 52 be reformed, nunc pro tunc, to identify the grantee as Jennifer K. Daukas; and
ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECLARED that, upon payment of all required fees, a certified or attested copy of this Judgment may be recorded at the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds and marginally referenced on all relevant documents.
