This case came on to be heard by the court (Piper, J.) April 29, 2014 on a motion to dismiss, filed April 9, 2014. After hearing, the court, from the bench, GRANTED the motion to dismiss, for substantially the reasons set forth in the moving papers, and for the reasons which were given by the court in an Order of even date.

In accordance with the court’s rulings, it is

ORDERED that this case, Land Court Miscellaneous Case No. 14 MISC 482210 (GHP) is in its entirety DISMISSED with prejudice. [Note 1]
