JUDGMENT

For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the Fordhams remove the encroachment from the O’Neill property, in its entirety, at their own expense, no later than 90 days from the date of this Judgment, and it is further ORDERED that they pay Mr. O’Neill $90,920.65 as damages for the trespass. Mr. O’Neill’s claim for tortious interference with contractual relations is DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.

SO ORDERED.
