This action commenced August 21, 2012 with the filing of a petition to try title under G. L. c. 240, §§ 1-5, and came on for hearing on cross motions for judgment on the pleadings on February 25, 2015. In a decision of even date, the court (Speicher, J.) has determined that the petition is to be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. In accordance with the court’s decision issued today, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the motion for judgment on the pleadings of the petitioner is DENIED and the cross motion for judgment on the pleadings of the respondents is ALLOWED. It is further

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the petition is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice.
