For the reasons set forth in the court’s Decision of this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECLARED that (1) the record boundary is established in the location shown on Ex. 1, (2) Mr. Beene’s adverse possession claim is DISMISSED in its entirety, WITH PREJUDICE, and (3) the Silvas are awarded an amount of $69.96, plus interest accrued from and after January 14, 2014.
