LONG, J.
For the reasons set forth in the CourtÂ’s Decision of this date, defendant Vineyard Assembly of God, Inc., has a valid easement, in the location and to the full dimensions depicted as the Road Reservation Area on Land Court Plan 39792B (Ex. 1), over the registered land in Tisbury shown as Lot 5 on that plan. The defendant may continue to maintain the dry-well in the Road Reservation Area and also install and maintain any other drainage and/or surfacing improvements reasonably necessary for the use of the easement. All other claims between the parties are DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.
