JUDGMENT

This action commenced on April 27, 2015, as an action in which the plaintiffs seek to establish rights by adverse possession. The case came on for trial by the court (Speicher, J.). In a decision of even date, the court has made findings of fact and rulings of law. In accordance with the court’s decision, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that on the sole count of the Verified Complaint, seeking to quiet the plaintiffs’ title to the disputed parcel of land by reason of adverse possession, title by reason of adverse possession is hereby established in the plaintiffs Gordan K. MacNevin and Bonnie K. MacNevin in the property lying between the western boundary line of record of the plaintiffs’ property located at and known as 3 Acorn Street, Woburn, and to and including the stockade and picket fence lying to the west of said record boundary line on the property heretofore owned of record by Robert F. Carroll (the “Adverse Possession Parcel”); and it is further

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the defendant Robert F. Carroll, his agents, invitees, representatives, contractors, successors in interest, and others acting in concert with him or otherwise having actual knowledge of this Judgment, are PERMANENTLY ENJOINED from entering, occupying, improving or placing any improvements or personalty on or in the Adverse Possession Parcel; and it is further

ORDERED that today’s decision, and this Judgment issued pursuant thereto, dispose of this entire case; the court has adjudicated or dismissed all claims by all parties in this action and has not reserved decision on any claim or defense, and it is further

ORDERED that no costs, fees, damages or other amounts are awarded to any party.
