JUDGMENT.

Lisa Jacobs (Jacobs) filed her complaints in case nos. 15 MISC 000196, 15 MISC 000197, and 15 MISC 000198 on May 27, 2015. These actions were consolidated by order of the court on July 9, 2015, and on July 27, 2015, by order of the court, plaintiff filed Plaintiff’s Verified Amended Complaint, a single complaint for all three cases. Plaintiff’s Verified Amended Complaint challenges the issuance of an amended building permit to defendant Cormier Home Construction LLP (Cormier) and plaintiff’s appeal of the amended building permit to defendant Weston Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA). The ZBA filed Municipal Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment on January 5, 2016 and Cormier filed its Motion for Summary Judgment as against Defendants Cormier Home Construction LLP, Cormier Custom Homes, LLC, Francis Cormier and Bernard Cormier (Cormier Motion for Summary Judgment) on January 6, 2016.

The Municipal Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment and the Cormier Motion for Summary Judgment came on to be heard on March 15, 2016. In a Memorandum and Order of even date, the court (Foster, J.) has allowed the Municipal Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment and the Cormier Motion for Summary Judgment.

In accordance with the court’s Memorandum and Order issued today, it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff’s Verified Amended Complaint is DISMISSED with prejudice. It is further
