THE COLLINGS FOUNDATION, THE COLLINGS FOUNDATION INC., ROBERT COLLINGS and CAROLINE COLLINGS v. EDWARD TARNUZZER, CHARLES BARNEY, WILLIAM BYRON, BRUCE FLETCHER, RUTH KENNEDY SUDDUTH, MICHELLE SHOEMAKER, ANDREW DEMORE, LEE HERON and MARK JONES as members of the Stow Zoning Board of Appeals.

For the reasons set forth in the Court's Decision of this date, the August 31, 2015 decision of the Stow Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) upholding the Stow building inspector's order directing the plaintiffs to cease-and-desist operations at the private airfield on their property located at 137 Barton Road in Stow is VACATED, and the matter is REMANDED back to the ZBA for a decision consistent with the Court's decision of this date.
