JUDGMENT

For the reasons set forth in the Court’s Decision of this date, the April 4, 2016 decision of the Belmont Zoning Board of Appeals denying the plaintiff Michael Colomba’s application for a special permit to convert the principal use of the property located at 334 Pleasant Street in Belmont to lodging is AFFIRMED. The plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment is DENIED, summary judgment is granted to the defendants, and the plaintiff’s claims are DISMISSED, with prejudice.
