David Aristide filed his Verified Complaint to Quiet Title to Real Property (Complaint) on July 27, 2016. The Attorney General filed the Office of the Attorney General’s Motion to Dismiss (Motion to Dismiss) on August 19, 2016. The Motion to Dismiss was heard on September 21, 2016, and taken under advisement. In a Memorandum and Order of even date, the Court (Foster, J.) has allowed the Motion to Dismiss.

In accordance with the court’s Memorandum and Order of even date, it is

ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Complaint is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
