JUDGMENT

For the reasons set forth in the Court's Decision of this date, the Court's August 2, 2010 Decision, and the Court's August 2, 2011 Memorandum and Order on Plaintiff's Motion for New Trial and to Amend Findings, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that defendants Robert McDermott and Ellen McDermott are the owners of the trapezoid-shaped parcel depicted on Decision Sketch A (attached as Ex. 1) and referenced in the Court's Decision of this date as the "Trapezoid," that the straight line between points 8 and 9 as shown on Ex. 1 is a common boundary line between plaintiff Regan McCarthy's and the McDermotts' properties in Truro, and that Ms. McCarthy's parcel of record shares a boundary with the eastern boundary of the Trapezoid as shown on Ex. 1. The court makes no adjudication of any other lines.

Upon payment of all required fees, a certified or attested copy of this Judgment may be recorded at the Registry of Deeds and marginally referenced on all relevant documents.
