STANLEY COX, SUSAN COX and CONSTANCE COLEMAN v. MICHAEL DAVIS and JOSEPH FISHER, W. TOD McGRATH and STEPHEN McLAUGHLIN as members of the Hingham Zoning Board of Appeals.

For the reasons set forth in the Court's Decision of this date, the decision of the Hingham Zoning Board of Appeals dated August 21, 2008 upholding the issuance of a building permit to defendant Michael Davis to construct and complete renovations to the property located at 14R/16R Friend Street in Hingham is AFFIRMED. The plaintiffs' claims are DISMISSED, with prejudice.
