For the reasons set forth in the court's Memorandum and Order Allowing Respondents' Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, the claims in Mr. Barrett's petition, 1st amended petition, and their associated requests for relief are DISMISSED in their entirety, WITH PREJUDICE, and the respondents' counterclaims for an order (1) declaring that the references to the securitized trust for which the Bank of New York Mellon is trustee are sufficient to identify the trust, and (2) striking the assignment of mortgage filed with the Nantucket Registry District of the Land Court on June 10, 2014 as Document Number 144750 and noted on Certificate of Title Number 21828 from that Certificate of Title, are ALLOWED.
Upon payment of all required fees, a certified or attested copy of this Judgment may be registered on the property's Certificate of Title.
