For the reasons set forth in the courtÂ’s Decision of this date, the February 24, 2014 decision of the defendant Manchester-by-the-Sea Zoning Board of Appeals, granting a special permit to the defendant Matthew Genta for the construction of additions to the existing house on One Boardman Avenue in addition to an accessory structure on that property, is REVERSED and VACATED.
