JUDGMENT

For the reasons set forth in the Court's Decision of this date, defendants Hugh Taylor, Jeanne Taylor, and Brian Hurley, individually and as Trustees of the Taylor Realty Trust, and their inn guests and other invitees do not have a prescriptive easement or other right to use any portion of the plaintiff Martha's Vineyard Land Bank Commission's property known as Steamboat Landing in Aquinnah (described in the deed recorded at the Dukes County Registry of Deeds on October 21, 2011 at Book 1257, Page 981, and shown as Lot 48 on the attached Exhibit 1), nor is there a prescriptive easement or any other right appurtenant to the defendants' property located at 81 Lighthouse Road in Aquinnah (Lot 4 on Land Court Plan 35915B) to use any portion of the Steamboat Landing parcel. The defendants and their inn guests and other invitees are thus ENJOINED from using any portion of the Steamboat Landing parcel.
