M&K PARTNERS LLC v. SHERMAN EPRO, DANIEL PESSIA, GARY ILACQUA, MARGUERITE MITCHELL and STEPHEN ARGENTIERI as members of the Stoughton Zoning Board of Appeals, and MARIE VAN DAM Individually and as trustee of the 357 Page Street Realty Trust.

For the reasons set forth in the Court's Decision of this date, the plaintiff's appeal of the Stoughton Zoning Board of Appeals' July 17, 2014 decision denying the plaintiff's appeal of the issuance of a foundation building permit for the property at 357 Page Street, along with all other claims in the plaintiff's complaint, are DISMISSED in their entirety, WITH PREJUDICE.
