LONG, J.
For the reasons set forth in the Court's Memorandum and Order of this date, the decision filed with the Swampscott Town Clerk on July 2, 2015 of the Swampscott Zoning Board of Appeals revoking the building permit for construction of tennis court light poles at the plaintiff's property located at 80 Shepard Street in Swampscott is AFFIRMED and the plaintiff's appeal from that decision is DISMISSED, with prejudice.
SO ORDERED.
