For the reasons set forth in the Court's Decision of this date, the decision filed with the Marblehead Town Clerk on December 28, 2015 of the Marblehead Board of Appeals granting the defendants Douglas Zurn's and Kerry Zurn's application for a special permit to construct additions to the property located at 16 Wyman Road in Marblehead is AFFIRMED. The plaintiff's claims are DISMISSED, with prejudice.
