For the reasons set forth in the Court's Decision of this date, the plaintiff's appeal of the Lexington Zoning Board of Appeals' decision filed with the Town Clerk on August 23, 2016 denying the plaintiff's appeal of the issuance of a foundation permit and a building permit for the property at 14 Maple Street, also known as 11 Byron Avenue, along with all other claims in the plaintiff's complaint, are DISMISSED in their entirety, WITH PREJUDICE.
