JUDGMENT

For the reasons set forth in the Court's Memorandum and Order on the Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment and the Defendants' Joint Cross-motion for Summary Judgment of this date, the plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment is DENIED, and the defendants' joint cross-motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. The November 3, 2016 decision of the Brookline Zoning Board of Appeal granting defendants Jason Jewhurst and Nurit Zucker a special permit to expand their residence at 10 Searle Avenue in Brookline and finding that the proposed expansion would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing structure is AFFIRMED and the plaintiffs' claims are DISMISSED, with prejudice.
