For the reasons set forth in the Court's Decision of this date, the petitioners' request that the mortgage dated November 23, 2005 registered as Document Number 1087074 be stricken from their Certificate of Title is DENIED, and their claims are DISMISSED in their entirety, WITH PREJUDICE.
