LUCIMAR SIQUEIRA v. WILLIAM GREENWOOD

For the reasons set forth in the court's Memorandum and Order Denying Preliminary Injunction and Dismissing Case for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction of this date, plaintiff Lucimar Siqueira's complaint is DISMISSED for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, without prejudice to her right to bring those claims in a court of competent jurisdiction.
