SPEICHER, J.
This action commenced on January 26, 2017, as a supplemental petition seeking to amend a certificate of title to expunge a mortgage noted on the certificate of title, on the grounds that the mortgage was no longer enforceable. The case came before the court (Speicher, J.) on a motion to dismiss the petition. The court heard the motion to dismiss in a hearing held on June 27, 2017, following which the court took the motion under advisement. In a Memorandum and Order of even date, the court has ruled on the motion to dismiss. In accordance with the court's decision, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Petition to Amend Certificate of Title by Expunging Mortgage is DENIED and said Petition is DISMISSED, and it is further
ORDERED that today's Memorandum and Order, and this Judgment issued pursuant thereto, dispose of this entire case; the court has adjudicated or dismissed all claims by all parties in this action and has not reserved decision on any claim or defense, and it is further
ORDERED that no costs, fees, damages or other amounts are awarded to any party.
