For the reasons set forth in the court's Decision of this day, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the plaintiffs have established title by adverse possession to the 5' wide, 100' long area directly abutting their eastern record boundary line, the outer line of which is parallel to the record boundary line, 5' out, and to no other land. All other claims of the parties are DISMISSED, WITH PREJUDICE.
