TERESA GOMES v. FRANCISCA GOMES

For the reasons set forth in the court's Decision of this day, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the net proceeds from the partition sale are to be divided as follows. The commissioner is to be paid $45,602.72, Francisca $148,993.93, Teresa $143,343.94, and any accrued interest is to be split between Francisca and Teresa 50-50. All claims to any other division are DENIED.

This judgment is STAYED for thirty (30) days to see if any party timely files an appeal. If no appeal is taken, the commissioner is instructed to promptly distribute funds as herein directed.
