BRIAN SOPONSKI and LAURIE SOPONSKI v. DAVID DELOLLIS

For the reasons set forth in the court's Decision of this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the plaintiffs Brian and Laurie Soponski have title by adverse possession to the 13' x 149.47' strip of land abutting the southern record boundary of Lot 4 — the disputed strip shown on the attached Ex. 1.
