For the reasons set forth in the court's Memorandum and Order on the Defendants' Motions to Dismiss and/or for Judgment on the Pleadings of this day, having been superseded by a later application by defendant Dedham 800 LLC, the plaintiff's appeal from the allowance of which was dismissed, with prejudice, in Case No. 18 MISC. 000167 (KCL), this action is DISMISSED IN ITS ENTIRETY, WITH PREJUDICE, on grounds of mootness.
