For the reasons set forth in the court's Decision of this day, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that plaintiff Michael Duggan may rent the empty office space in his building at 17 Jay Street in North Attleborough to a licensed massage therapist, practicing on her own with a part-time assistant, and the building commissioner's ruling to the contrary, along with the affirmance of that ruling by the zoning board of appeals, are VACATED and REVERSED.
